I am Kirsten, the founder of Board Move.

Consultant, executive, board member: I have sat on all three sides of the table. Twenty-two years at BCG, twelve of them as Partner and Managing Director, five years on an executive board, twelve years on boards in Germany, the United Kingdom and Canada. Board Move passes on what I have learned there, in programmes for people working towards a first board seat, and for those about to take one up.
